Start with the label
We show ingredient names, amounts per chew, the full composition and the feeding guide together. A headline ingredient does not replace the rest of that information.
The formula
Good care starts with knowing what you are giving. Here is what is in Hip & Joint Soft Chews, how much is in each chew, and how to read the label.
Five highlighted ingredients. Every amount shown.
Amounts per soft chew (3 g). Follow the feeding guide for your dog's daily portion.

The naturally fibrous layer inside an eggshell.

Undenatured type II collagen ingredient.
UC-II® is a branded undenatured type II collagen ingredient. “Undenatured” means the collagen retains its natural structure; it is a different form from hydrolysed collagen peptides.
In each 3 g chew: 40 mg of the UC-II® ingredient. The amount refers to the whole ingredient, not 40 mg of pure collagen.

When we review research, we look at what was actually tested: the species, preparation, daily amount, number of animals, comparison group and measured outcomes. We give more weight to controlled studies and systematic reviews than testimonials.
A paper about an ingredient does not prove that every product containing it performs the same way. We do not currently have a clinical trial of the finished DailyPaw Hip & Joint chew. We do not describe it as clinically proven or promise a result by a particular date.
A complementary feed belongs alongside a complete diet and a routine suited to your dog. Follow the label and ask your vet about individual feeding needs or health concerns.
We use the product label for ingredient amounts and FEDIAF nutritional guidance for general nutrient context. Neither a nutrient reference nor an ingredient study is a certification of this finished product.

Why choose this formula?
Choosing a joint supplement is about the formula, the format and the information behind it. Here is what defines DailyPaw Hip & Joint.
01 / The format
A 3 g soft chew offers an alternative to tablets or powders. If you prefer a chew format, that is a practical reason to consider DailyPaw. Individual preferences vary.
02 / The combination
The label combines green-lipped mussel with eggshell membrane, UC-II® ingredient, Boswellia extract and vitamin E. That gives you a specific combination to evaluate, rather than a generic “joint blend”.
03 / The detail
All five highlighted ingredients have a declared amount per chew. You can see what is included and discuss the full label with your vet. An ingredient list alone cannot tell you how well a finished product works.

Checked 5 October 2026 against the DailyPaw ingredient label and the named YuMOVE product page. Per-chew and per-tablet amounts are not equivalent daily portions. Different preparations cannot be ranked by ingredient weight alone. “Not separately listed” describes the reviewed composition, not proof of absence. YuMOVE also offers other formulas and chew formats.
We have no head-to-head trial establishing that DailyPaw works better. Price and daily-cost comparisons will be added only after our price and final feeding guidance are confirmed.
